We meet from 7:00 to 8:15 pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings at the historic George Merrick Scouting Property on the Granada Golf Course at 1107 South Greenway Drive. See the Calendar below.

Meetings: First and Third Wednesday evenings -

Everyone is invited. Stop by, learn about scouting and bring a friend! For ages 6-10 (Kindergarten through 5th Grade.)

  • February 3 - Pine Wood Derby work day - Camp cards distributed
  • February 17 - In-House Pinewood Derby / Awards Ceremony / FOS (Friends of Scouting) Presentation

  • February 27-28 - Webelos Only camp out - Bocha Chita
  • March 13 - St. Patrick’s Cook Out Fundraiser
  • March 19-21 - Spring Camporee - Webelo to Boy Scout crossover

Mr. Juan Blane’s visit with the Webelos to discuss Citizenship at their Wednesday, October 14, 2009 meeting.
Cub Scout Pack 7, Boy Scout Troop 7 as well as Girl Scout Troops 7, 48 and 950 all attended the Scout Cook Out Fundraiser held right at the historic Troop 7 Cabin in the middle of the Granada Golf Course on October 18, 2008, to benefit the George Merrick Foundation who maintains the property for the scouting programs. Otter John gave an informative presentation about animal conservation and habitat preservation which everyone enjoyed, both young and old. We made the cover of the Miami Herald Neighbors on October 26, 2008!
